Our custom PCs are built with parts from manufacturers that have high quality control standards. This means that we have only had a few bad parts shipped to us, so we've had to return only a few failed parts. If a part has failed, the manufacturers we deal with fix those problems quickly. That translates to the express service our customers expect from us.
We customize your PC to your needs. Therefore, you only pay for features you need. This saves you money in the long run. Buying a PC from a brand-name PC company means you pay for more features than you want. These companies bundle their cheaper hardware and software to keep costs down. Computer Heads LLC will build your PC with top-quality hardware and software, ensuring you get the best performance for your computer dollar. Some of the new parts in our new PCs carry three-year manufacturer warranties. Often this includes the retail processors and the hard-disk drives. Our new PCs carry a one-year warranty on all parts.
Our refurbished PCs are made from trade-in parts from our customers. All parts are tested before we give credit for them. Any hard drives are wiped clean of information before they are recycled into a refurbished unit. The finished refurbished PC is then left on overnight to ensure it operates properly. Then, all devices and drivers are tested thoroughly. Computer Heads LLC offers a thirty-day warranty on our refurbished PCs. Should any of our new or refurbished PCs have a defective part in it, we will replace it with the same express service that we are known for.
Should you need technical assistance, you may talk to one of our A+ Technicians on staff. We are the only A+ Authorized Service Center in the Litchfield County area. The A+ designation is granted through CompTIA, an international computer industry association.
