As a repair shop, we see all makes of PCs. We are familiar with how certain manufacturers' products work and how some fail. Some equipment is made poorly to save money and some manufacturers do not want to replace their defective equipment. Some brand-name computer builders use cheap parts to keep the cost down. Then they spend some of the money they save on more marketing to sell their product. Consumers then buy the product in the glossy picture from the nameplate company, and learn the hard way that you get what you pay for. Computer Heads LLC knows because we service many of these new brand-name PCs.
